2 healthcare options, dental, vision.. 4% 401k match, defined contribution retirement and bonus program.
I was a contract admin assistant. Benefits were with the contractor. The benefits were not to bad they were pretty basic depending on what package you chose
The worst part of Axiall/Westlake's benefit plan is the spousal surcharge. If your spouse has access to insurance through his/her employer, Westlake charges a $125/month spousal surcharge to have them on benefits, even if they take insurance offered by their employer and yours is secondary coverage.
Medical, Dental, and 401k matching is on par to slightly better than average. Overall the full package is comprehensive and covers a detailed benefit package. Vacation is 2 weeks for the first 5 years of service, 3 weeks for 5-10, 4 weeks for 10-15.
Best thing about the Benefits is that health coverage is comparable, sometimes better than, similar companies. Dental and Vision coverage is less robust .
Health insurance coverage was supplemented in PGH to make up for the insurance provider issues with UPMC doctors and hospitals
Dental Insurance is sub par and the health insurance premiums are high.
Fantastic benefits and compensation. Generous 401K plan. Executive staff is wonderful to work with as well.
HR does a good job providing a benefits package that covers all the major bases, medical, dental, vision, disability, and at very reasonable rates. 401K, bonus plan and Wellness are good too.
There is no retirement insurance, the health insurance coverage is good but a little pricey.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
