    I was a contract admin assistant. Benefits were with the contractor. The benefits were not to bad they were pretty basic depending on what package you chose

    The worst part of Axiall/Westlake's benefit plan is the spousal surcharge. If your spouse has access to insurance through his/her employer, Westlake charges a $125/month spousal surcharge to have them on benefits, even if they take insurance offered by their employer and yours is secondary coverage.

    Medical, Dental, and 401k matching is on par to slightly better than average. Overall the full package is comprehensive and covers a detailed benefit package. Vacation is 2 weeks for the first 5 years of service, 3 weeks for 5-10, 4 weeks for 10-15.

    Best thing about the Benefits is that health coverage is comparable, sometimes better than, similar companies. Dental and Vision coverage is less robust .

    HR does a good job providing a benefits package that covers all the major bases, medical, dental, vision, disability, and at very reasonable rates. 401K, bonus plan and Wellness are good too.
