The benefits package is great and the HR team is very helpful! The 401k match is very competitive. Health Insurance premiums are way better than they used to be. For single employees, insurance is free if you participate in wellness, but you have to contribute if you're adding dependents.
Pros: Wide variety of benefits including dependent care plan, Free Insurance Coverage for Employees, choice of providers, a lot of assistance in finding providers, a lot of education for all the benefits, HSA rolls over and accrues interest Cons: Insurance can be expensive for families, very high deductible, health savings plan can be hard to understand, Every medical expense is out of pocket until deductible is met. (Axiom does deposit about 1/3 of your deductibe each year and it does roll over This is a great plan if you are single or your spouse has their own coverage for themselves and children. It's very expensive for large families.
Health insurance is free as long as you take an online test and get a physical done once a year. They match 401k after you've been working there a year, dental and vision is cheap, you start with 2.5 weeks of PTO per year, when you first start at the company they give you a good chunk of PTO. I started in August with benefits starting in September and was given a week of PTO to use by the end of the year. Nurse Case Managers get catered lunches but the other departments don't.
Health insurance is good.

The healthcare insurance is top notch. There are several options to choose from and I have been spoiled by my wonderful HSA plan. The company also provides short-term and long-term disability plans at no cost to the employees. They also have a fairly generous 401k matching benefit.
