Insurance is fantastic. The leave policy is bizarre and an employee is not to take leave during certain times of the year

Great Benefits, could improve on health insurance
Flex spending was manual. Copy and send receipts, approvals were arbitrary and difficult all around to process. It should all be on-line or you should have a credit card you can use for purchases.
It’s difficult to even take PTO offered because of understaffing. Health insurance coverage and 401k is standard; but HR does not follow required privacy laws in regards to Health Insurance. WFH is dependent on management whims.
