Great PTO/Sick time offered as well as very flexible when you want to take time off. In addition great wellness program that encourages healthy living and outside the office.
Not much PTO until your second full calendar year.
Paid time off is great but rest of benefits are lacking
They are okay- Medical and Dental are expensive
The PTO is pretty bad if you're new there, and the insurance packages are pretty much standard. Overall decent.
They recently started paid maternity leave policy. However, if you can get health benefits from other places, (e.g. spouse) it is often a better choice.
4% match on your 401(k), plus another contribution of between $500-$2,500 depending on your time at the firm. The 401(k) is a 3 year cliff vest (the employer contributions are yours to keep after you've been at the firm for 3 years). They contribute $500/$1,000 to your HSA. Medical, Dental, and vision are well priced and efficient.
Bonuses are now discretionary instead of production based. Benefits are now a bit more attractive to new employees however at the expense of seasoned employees.
Good 401k, very flexible matching
Good amount of vacation time. 401k match is better than it was... about 4%.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
