“Provide TIAA-CREF (Very Good), matching by APU is low for educational standards: 4%, as well as in view of the below market salaries for faculty and staff (not administrators)”
For faculty the health benefits are good: choice of HMO or PPO; Delta Dental HMO & PPO; very good vision. The worst thing is retirement: APU contributes 4%, yet many other school contribute more: Biola up to 8%, Univ of San Diego up to 10%; George Fox Univ up to 10%, to name a few.
Educational benefits were a benefit that was nice.
401k match keeps getting cut
huge employee contributions 1/3 of my check
As a student technician at Azusa Pacific University, there is no benefits package offered but it is a fairly compensated position for the amount of work you do.
best is the people worst is nothing
great benefits at the time
Good health insurance and dental plans, great tuition benefits, alot of extra discounts and perks
Good heath and dental ins, paid time off, life insurance, accidental death insurance. They were reducing benefits when I left.
Education benefit is great.
