They don't really train you much... you're kind of on your own, especially if the leader you train under is so selfish about sales that they don't want you to open your mouth

It is awful, basically they lock you in a room and tell you to read their company books

The job training is very hands on and straight forward.

BAP is a door-to-door pyramid scheme which uses classic psychological schemes to build a cult-like following among its employees. Employees are not allowed, and repremianded for discussing anything negative in the workplace or on the job, there are no benefits, no wages, only commission. Advancement is possible, but by-and-large advancement is entirely meaningless until one climbs to the top position or two. Less than half of new hires complete training, far less will remain after 6 months on the job. The people in the workplace are the only positive factor, as is the POTENTIAL for high pay and advancment. But the job expects total commitment regardless of individual circumstances. Have a family or another job? expect to give up the time you need for them. Average days are ten hours, and if you want to advance you will be showing up early and staying late. 6 days a week is required, and the seventh is expected from those trying to advance. Advancement is entirely dependent on you bringing in others to work beneath you, even if you're the best sales agent in the US you will never advance unless you bring in others to haul the shit with you. I've never reviewed a previous employer, but I cannot reconcile my silence on this company with my own morals. Stay away unless you can sacrifice everything for the sake of an advancement which is only partially under your control.
