Paid time off is amazing. Vacation is typical but they have tons of extra holidays.. all regular government ones, plus Friday after Thanksgiving, plus Christmas Eve, and company closes entire week from Christmas Eve through New Years. Unilateral contribution to 401K is really nice. Good healthcare with multiple options but expensive.
standard benefits as most copanies in the area
+ industry standard health/vision/dental/401k Work from home days Parties and Events Monthly team lunches No dress code - Company only pays $80 a month towards commuting costs ($300 or more a month) Only 1 work from home per week Traditional PTO /Sick Leave system- very archaic
Nice benefits. Good amount of vacation time which increases as you stay longer with the company plus all government holidays, and the office is closed between Christmas and New Year's. 401K plan and the company contributes to it after a certain amount of time. A few health insurance options with either high deductible or high premium. Many roles are able to work from home once a week. Fun events like the holiday party, thanksgiving potluck, happy hours, etc.
Great benefit package: work from home, social events, transportation matching/assistance.
The best thing were everything besides the monetary compensation package, like medical and dental insurance. When it came to the salary I believe a lot of people wanted more.
Good benefits, especially for small company. Best is vacation time, all holidays, plus company closed for a week between Christmas and New Years. Translates to a lot of time off. 401K includes unilateral contribution which is nice (i.e., company puts money in whether we do or not). Multiple health plan options, although it'd be nice if company paid a higher percentage of the cost.
A lot of in-office perks, and monthly events. Very helpful documentation and knowledgeable HR staff.
