Pretty standard for a large company: health/vision/dental, 401k, PTO, life insurance, STD, LTD, etc. Total remuneration included base salary + annual bonus + LTIP grant.
Great opportunity, but positions are variable and not solid.
The company had excellent training available for learning about the benefits available to its employees. Best benefits of any hourly job I've had.
Best thing is that I get to work from home. Worst thing is probably the short maternity leave.
The Benefits package is basic, like 401k with upto 6% match, limited choice of health and dental insurance, 2x salary life insurance. Up to 10% of basic salary year end bonus basic on the sales.
Small 401k match. US employees get far less PTO than UK employees which causes a lot of tension.
401k Company match up to 6%.
Best benefit is the 401k company match
good benefits, flexible work place.
The medical benefits are the best available, very strong. It is very seldom you have to pay out of pocket for anything related to health care.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
