BAE Systems USA offers two different dental plans to choose from for full time employees.
Limited option and up front payments required
It's through Delta Dental and caps at about $2000 a year.
The coverage does not cover a whole lot and still has a copay. Coverage on procedures are not covered most of the time or have high deductible.
Dental not bad but health insurance is terrible. Doctor visits gone up from 25 dollars to 50 dollars. Decutiable for surgeries are 6,000 per year. Average cost for family of 3 is about 800 dollars a paycheck. All benefits continue to get cut as upper management does nothing to manage costs of business and employees suffer.
It actually paid for adult braces despite the $2k cap.

I have very good dental coverage, not complaints.
Standard dental. As bad as any other employer I've known.
I was told my the dentists office that BAE had great insurance when it came to paying for fillings and crowns.
