Three options are offered currently through Cigna. The Employee Assistance program is also great, through Cigna behavioral.

Health insurance is increasingly expensive. Dental & vision are excellent.

offers a good plan that eliminates the copy with incentives, but needs to work to get the incentive.

The best thing is they have insurance that allows you to choose a PPO or and HMO plan. The cost goes up every year and also the deductible amount.

The coverage is not the best. Employee's annual deductible is too high and once it is met employees still pay 20% of the bill.

High Deductibles and constant pressure from the company insurance provider. Nothing it seems can ever be taken care of without making 10 calls and speaking with 10 different people.

Best: The PPO plan is great! The medical flex spending account is also excellent Worst: The online system to select benefits is hard to use and if you dont complete the entire session it will not save anything. I almost lost my insurance because I was missing 1 piece of info and when I went back to fill it in nothing had saved
