They have good health insurance plans to for coverage like emergency room, dental care, and other medical care.
The plan is ok. It was much cheaper to put the kids on mine than my wife's and the premiums are about average. Deductible is $2,500, but you can get up to $800 toward your deductible by doing a few things for Cigna.
Average -- nothing more, nothing less.
Only bad things to say about it - incentives for the HSA are very irritating.
2 types of insurance, the one with the $800 spending deductible and the more traditional and seemingly more premium option. I pay for the premium option because the discounts i get to see some specialists easily compensates for the additional cost.
Best thing is the health incentives. Do something for your health (get a physical, start an exercise program, etc.) and you get money to put in your health spending account.
Used to be awesome. Became in line with industry standards.
Significant increases in costs of benefits.
I like that I had the choice of so many health insurance plans. It allowed me to find the one that fit my needs best.
Expensive premiums and deductibles. Only one carrier options - CIGNA wasn't widely accepted locally (may be is now?)
