Limited choice of health insurance plans you have a choice of a high deductible or a high premium. Vision is VSP my previous company had EyeMed which offered more choices
Was an HSA plan. Felt like I had to jump through many hoops to get incentives to knock the price of the insurance down to a reasonable level.
If you're a healthy person and don't go to the doctor much you'll be fine. If you have chronic health problems or you get sick a lot, you might want to consider supplemental coverage.
Electronic Systems - great; but watch out - other business units, e.g. I&S, - have lower benefits and work with Cigna, which is a pain to work with.
Found the employee contribution for health plans to be on the expensive side.
Standard health insurance options - fairly expensive. No HSA.
Seems good health insurance. Every company people complain about health benefits, even here. All people complain. However, when you use it, the medical folks always feed back that you have a good plan. So, I choose to listen to the medical folks.
