Flexible hours, the people you work with are like family.

The medical insurance is expensive considering the limited coverage. Each year it seems to get worse and worse as bean counters continue to push higher profits by cutting the companie's cost on health insurance. It is sad considering the profits the company posts every year. Other than that, the benifits are pretty good. Plenty of time off and a pretty nice 401k package.

Have not had any issues with the benefits package given by BAE Systems

Benefits package is OK. But not commensurate with the expectations of being on-call 24/7. PTO benefits are substandard.

Great benefits. Company 401k match is 6%. They also contribute money each hear to an HRA account to cover out of pocket medical costs.

The 401k match was 100% with immediate vesting up to 3-6% of your salary depending on how long you have been there. The heath insurance options are great, I was paying ~$150/mo for great health insurance ($500 deductible) and $12/mo for dental insurance

The health insurance is poor when compared to other companies. You must pay 100% of non-preventative care until you meet the deductible and then 20% thereafter. No co-pays.

You're not fully vested in your 401k until the 3 year mark
