BAE Systems did not provide any sick time. vacation time had to be bought and only was able to accumulate 40 hours of time you did not purchase for the year.

Of the companies that I have looked at my benefits at BAE were by far the best with the exception of PTO, however I still had more PTO as a new employee than most people get (10 hours accrued each month, 10 paid holidays).
Health insurance is way too expensive
