Benefits are great. The site breaks down everything for you to understand. They are all affordable.
Good 401K matching program with several mutual funds to select
Of the companies that I have looked at my benefits at BAE were by far the best with the exception of PTO, however I still had more PTO as a new employee than most people get (10 hours accrued each month, 10 paid holidays).
Good 401k matching, no pension, sub par health coverage
Highly average benefits package that varies significantly between business units. High deductible medical, average dental, no profit sharing, minimal 401k matching.
Recently restructured PTO and 401K matching programs became more front-loaded to entice new hires and in turn, were less than well received by longer-tenured staff.
Health care benefits are expensive and not top notch. There are no bonuses or profit sharing unless you are at the director level or above
Unused PTO hours roll over and don’t expire.
Medical, Dental benefits were good as far as group coverage was concerned. Vacation benefits allowed 10 working days to be accrued in the first year of employment. The company investment plan allowed for post or pre-tax investment (as would be expected)
Best: Generous leave for tenured employees. Variety of health care options, including HSA and FSA. Worst: Not a pet friendly work place!
