My medical is fully covered, all holidays are paid, and I have 3 weeks of paid vacation.
404b is good for a non-profit
Flexible PTO. They also had some occasional beer/ game day once a month.
All healthcare expenses were fully covered by the company.
Benefits are great. A co-worker once told me "having my kid cost me $10!" You receive Paid Time Off every pay period.
Nothing to rave about. They offer the bare minimum. Which isn't competitive for a company in the bay area. When you compare it to near by tech companies. They can't compete.
Benefits are free and awesome 403b plan. the benefits package may be reduced even more in the near future.

All health insurance costs are covered. The management team really listens to the employees and has made recent changes to make the package more attractive. Has a 7.5% match and even if you don't put anything in they will still put in 5% on the 403B.
