Some of the best benefits around. New employees start with 3 weeks of vacation plus standard holidays, good health insurance plans to pick from with good coverage, company match 401k, tuition reimbursement, generous maternity and paternity leave, adoption assistance, and lots of other company perks.

Run of the mill health insurance, not great but not bad. Your average 401k, once again not a stand out here. As an hourly employee that’s about all you get from them.
401K match is amazing and they also give you 3 weeks vacations as an entry level
401k match is 100% of 5% plus an additional 5% in lieu of a pension plan. Overall a solid benefits package.
Parental leave benefit is pretty good for the industry
