Sort of, there is the training that is required by the department of education - it is minimal really. But there is room to learn if you are paying attention and working hard on your case.
trainings are good. you shadow a client before you work with them or read about their case before you actually work with a client.
You will be expected to do required training but not get paid as you train. You have to do several yearly training things but they refuse to pay you as you get training.
The company provides excellent training-they have BAYADA University where you can go online for learning and in addition can attend various sessions in person with other new employees so you can share ideas with others in your position.
Bayada offers extensive job training to their employees when they are hired on.
Provide multiple opportunities for training
The best hands on job training. Anything you are unclear they will give you the extra training.
