2000 hrs = 20 pto hours They will also use your pto if you don’t meet your points . So you’re salary but not really
The office employees have more hours off than they could ever take. I can't speak for field staff however
Every 2000 hours accumulated you could use it
Full time gets 1 week no other paid time off, no sick time , no holidays
Takes a long time to get paid time off (2000 hours worked) and you get 25 hours.
you have to accumulate 2000 hours of work in order to get PTO
PTO is accumulated slowly.
You can work longer hours to make up missed hours so you don't have to use vacation time. In addition, the vacation is pretty generous.
Needs to b calculated a different way if you don't work 2000 hours which at times there's no work or it slows down you don't get your 25 hours or w.e. it is pd vacation
It doesn’t matter if you’ve been employed for six months or 30 years with Bayada. You only get 40 hours PTO for every 2000 hours you work.
