Review applies to Bank benefits, which cover all subsidiaries. 401(k) match is above average, rest of benefits are average. HSA plan is terrible. Medical costs are high, but are discounted if you're part of the wellness program (discount is good for individuals, but cost is still very high for families). 8 paid holidays + 2-3 floating holidays. Mandatory 5-day sabbatical each year (per SEC guidelines for banks). Pay is lower than average for many roles. They don't pay for company events, so each office does its own thing.
They offered a good vacation plan that was separate from sick time. Health care provided two options: high deductible HSA or PPo with FSA. Matching 401k up to 6% and pension once vested.

There is an incentive program offered based on a annual heath assessment, in which high scores or improved scores offer discounted health insurance.
