Employer paid pension plan and 401k match up to 6%. Vacation time based on years of service along with your birthday off every year and the option to purchase upto5 additional days off.

They used to offer a great pension plan. Health insurance benefits are mediocre due to high costs.

One of the few employers that still offers a pension plan and the insurance and vacation benefits are very competitive.

Vision insurance specifically was excellent. I paid 7 dollars a month and 70 dollars for a doctor's visit and glasses which usually costs upwards of 300 dollars. You could get your teeth cleaned twice a year for free and affordable other procedures with dental. They also matched up to 6% of your voluntary 401k contributions. Two weeks paid vacation for new hires and 10 days of paid sick time upon hire. Days do not roll over year to year.

Good health insurance, 6% 401k match, some included life insurance. 10 day paternity? Get real - this is just terrible and worst in the industry
