5 years you get 3 weeks 10 years you get 4 with the option to buy an extra week
10 sick days and up to 5 weeks PTO. PTO depends on Grade level and Bank officer status. 2 weeks is the base amount
Vacation / Paid time off is average.
New start off with 80 hours a year paid vacation time. This will be adjusted based on hire date. At 5 years of employment, you will receive and extra week, and 8 hours every year after 5 year anniversary. There is also the optional to purchase a week of vacation, deducted over year. Full-time parents get 8 hours for educational involvement, 4 hours community volunteer time, 8 hours for BB&T Lighthouse, another volunteer project, Birthdays off, 3 or 4 hours for voting, new mothers get an additional 10 days for new parent bonding to use the first year after birth. 10 day off for death of immediate family member.
When you start you get almost no vacation (2 weeks), and it is VERY difficult to use the vacation some times because there are just not enough people in the branches so you can't always go on vacation when you want.

i dont have any paid vacation or any paid time off because i am a part time employee which is a bit ridiculous if you ask me
You get 2 weeks and can buy more vacation time if you wish. If you work more than 5 years for the company - you get more time off.
Two weeks vacation given the first 4 years of service. Of those two weeks, one week has to be used as sabbatical. Ten sick days provided.
