    This is great. You start with 2 weeks plus your bday plus all the major federal holidays. After 5 years you get 3 weeks off. You can also purchase extra vacation time.

    Old style. Vacation and sick days are separate pools and tend to favor those who will use and/or abuse sick days. Would like to see them modernize with a combined PTO plan to reward the vast majority who will not abuse sick days that are offered.
