What is great about it is that it is all encompassing. There are legal benefits, medical benefits, vision and dental, a match program for 401k, etc.
Average benefits, They offer 4 options of healthcare which none cover 100% but they are not bad since Omnicom is so large the benefits are pretty decent. Dental is sperate but cheap. They keep changing them every year. The variance is minimal but still annoying that they fluctuate so much.
Typical for large corporate. Generous, but not outrageous.
BEST: Healthcare and stock options WORST: No seasonal bonuses. No annual increase for inflation or cost of living. All expenses are billed to personal credit cards and reimbursed down the line.
Everyone had basic packages unless you were a high level executive.
Best PTO policy. Agency closes 12/24 through 1/2.
health insurance, 401k, vacation, employee appreciation gifts/events
The best thing is the 401K contribution (at 6% minimum) and the health plan cost. The worst is the allocation of vacation days and tuition reimbursement is only deemed after course completion.
health insurance, 401K, vacation, personal days, sick days, summer Fridays
Best - it covers the standard. Worst - it only covers the standard.
