Great competitive benefits compared to regional offers.
The people are the best part of the job!
BBR pays for a portion of your health insurance, but if you have a spouse or children, the employee has to cover 100%. Every full time employee starts with two weeks of vacation and two weeks of sick leave, and every five years, an additional 5 days of vacation is added, which is nice. They match up to a certain percentage for your IRA.
BBR has a very generous benefits package. 10 days sick leave, 10 days vacation days, 10 paid holidays, Simple IRA matched by company, 80/20 health insurance coverage, comp time, profit sharing plan, remote work and work from home policy.
