Hard to take any days off
401k 4% match, health, dental, dependent care reimbursement
We have two health insurance options: 80/20 or High Deductible. For our family of 5 the 80/20 biweekly premium is too expensive. Dental insurance is expensive and doesn't pay for much (our kids' dentist still costs $125/visit after insurance). We have very good Vision Insurance. Company matches 3% for 401K and you are fully vested after 3 years. They pay you $150/quarter and $1000/year to an HSA for healthy activity tracking. 6 free counseling appointments per year. Decent vacation once you reach a certain management level or service anniversary.
The benefits package is pretty basic. Please do.your research before you sign up.Make sure you choose the right plan for your family/yourself.Read between the lines and call the vendors yourself and seek information. So many people just choose anything and dont know that those deductibles need to be paid in advance sometimes before the insurance company even pays out on your behalf .Same as dental /vision. Sometimes people get those extra things not knowing you can still receive most (not all)of those same benefits through regular health insurance. DO YOUR RESEARCH.Benefits hotline/T &C is very helpful !
Very good benefits to offer
They have a matching 401k. Paid Vacation time. Employee discounts.
Health benefits are above average. Low deductible and high deductible plan offered. For anyone enrolled in the high deductible plan you can contribute to an HSA. BBVA kicks in up to $1k for completing certain tasks (e.g. enrolling in 401k, maintaining or improving personal health metrics, taking so many steps a month). 401k matching equates (between profit sharing and matching) 6% for years 1-3, after 4 years 7% and 8% after 8 years of service.
Several options for Medical. Included FSA, HSA, Life, 401k matching and stock options. Dental and vision options seemed limited. Online training was provided for first few years then dropped the benefit. No choice of charity with mandatory contributions.
Great benefits - Med, Dental, really good vision- 401K is a mystery.
Benefits are ok and pretty standard
