Competitive benefits for full timeemployees
Medical benefits at BCD M&E are okay. The number of vacation days are average/lower end. Maternity is 4 weeks, but it used to be 2 weeks....Work life balance is okay. There is room for improvement.
Wish the Health Insurance had less "out of pocket" expenses. Would prefer to pay a flat Doctors Office Fee rather than have the amounts deducted and going towards deductable.
Cheap medical premium, 2 weeks of paid parental leave, paid LTD, and life insurance.

I think the insurance packages are good! I don't believe they're too high at all. The only frustrating thing is that your 401K doesn't vest 100% till 5 years on the job.
Two free plane tickets to 50 states which you have to fly on their dates and flight availability. 401k won't start for 3 years. Medical insurance is more on the expensive side. Vacation days are decent 12 + 6 PTO/Sickdays
Health Insurance, Dental insurance, force you to contribute to your 401k, time off is great but you have to find someone to cover for you.
benefits package is expensive and had few otions for medical care, dental and vision. Bonus plan is marginal with almost never paying 100% regardless of your units performance
