I get two free flights per year and I get discounts!
401 k always matched by company but prescription drugs were very expensive with company plans
Good time off benefits (PTO, vacation, parental leave). The company does offer some 401k match, but not at a very high percentage. Health insurance plans leave much to be desired. Even the highest tier plan still has a high enough deductible to make it essentially a catastrophic-risk plan rather than something that can easily be used to address more minor concerns.
The best thing is how affordable it is and the worst thing would be copay increasing.
The health insurance benefits are terrible. All HDHP with expensive monthly premiums. Not a fit for someone with a family. You get 2 plane tickets per year but its a first come, first serve basis and they are almost impossible to actually get unless you get literally the worst flights available and you are subject to be bumped. There is also a travel industry card but it doesn't really work for much. Free parking at the park n fly. No maternity leave for US employees - no infertility/adoption benefits.
Competitive benefits. Better than other places I’ve worked.
The company did offer the standard menagerie of perks, health insurance, maternity leave, time off, and the occasional lunch.
Very good perks in the company
Love how each year the rates have barely gone up, unfortunately though the government healthcare mandate messed everything up, thanks to them deductibles are out of control. I love having the time off that I've accumulated over the years, ha I barely am able to take it all.
only 1 week of vacation and 1 week of PTO
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
