good for me as a former contractor
Expensive plans, limited coverage. Basic coverage will eat up majority of your paycheck, only essential coverage is offered. Have fun trying to use PTO for those unpaid holidays, sick days, and for trying to get to the doctor or the dmv.
There are no paid benefits except meals and snacks. 15 days of PTO. However, you must request it and it is often denied. Forced to work on holidays. No overtime. Extremely expensive health and dental insurance is "provided."
This company has zero benefits. Benefit package is expensive and not worth your pay check. No sicks days. No perks besides free breakfast and lunch.
They offered benefits that were at extremely bad rates, around $30 a month that is taken out of your paycheck just for basic level health care which you still end up having to pay some other fees when you actually go to the doctor.
The benefits are what you would expect for a payrolling company.
sky high premium for health packages
