Benefits are pretty standard for San Diego, Kaiser is offered as an HMO option and Cigna manages a HSA(?) plan. Pension is a nice benefit that not many companies offer, this is not a traditional pension plan but more of a retirement savings which builds quicker the older/more years you have been with the company.
