    3 weeks of leave was provided, which included PTO and sick leave combined. Since I worked so many hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and while on PTO, the notion of Vacation is rather silly. I don't believe this is always the case; depends on the manager.

    It was really good as CareFusion (I had 7 weeks), but I understand that they are looking to take that away. BD employees max out at 4 weeks per year.
