Great benefits at the time I was hired
they match 25% of the 401k
You get benefits. 401K match is good. If you are there for 3 years, you are 100% vested.
No benefit for the creative department
Health insurance is inexpensive and is a Blue Cross PPO. An HMO plan isn't offered, and in my particular area doctors who will accept the insurance is limited. The only holidays you're going to get off are the "big ones" (Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, etc...) Giving us the day after Christmas is seen as throwing us a bone and we're supposed to be thrilled with it.
Worst thing is that benefits do not kick in until 60 days of employment.
The 401k matching program was not good. It's nice to match a little but they only match 25% up to 4%. The health insurance coverage was fine. Premiums were a little high.
They never went into details about the benefits.
I spent 16K on my benefits last year. Only 1k allowed in dental, doesn't even cover 2 exams per year. This was a huge gripe from day one, but it never changed. Ridiculous that employees were choosing ObamaCare over this insurance because they got more for less $$$.
medical is pretty cheap for a large company
