good benefits, low copay, everything explained in depth with many options, dental + health
Good commuter benefits, in house coffee, snacks and drinks, Health insurance and 401k benefits
Good amount of PTO. You can negotiate for more if/when your salary is too puny. 401K options are standard. You get one day off per year to volunteer for whatever you want.
The worst thing about the benefits package is the benefits package. It is a high amount per paycheck (over $100) for very limited benefits. I jumped off of them as quickly as possible!
Generous time off if you can find opportunities to use it.
Overall decent benefits are offered: PTO/Sick days are adequate, comp days are provided if traveling and working on weekends, common insurances offered, kitchen fully stocked with snacks and drinks.
3 stars because of the 401(k) match beginning immediately, unlike some other agencies, although this is generally not a huge selling point
Matching a tiny percentage of 401K is the best benefit, with chintzy options for health plans the worst. Overall not the worst.
Worst: no matching donations to the 401K
