Good coverage with a few different options.
Provides opportunities to perform incentives in order to lower cost of next year's health insurance
It was too expensive for the amount the company pays you. Your take home pay was very low due to the amount of money they take out of your check for the health insurance. If the company paid more, then maybe it wouldn't be as bad to have health insurance with the company.
High deductibles, with a ridiculous wellness plan that requires tons of paperwork and then a very high bar you must clear in order to qualify.
Prescription drug coverage is under Express Scripts and separate from Blue Cross Blue Shield. It can be confusing an a hassle to deal with.
The cost. There are other employers in the same market that cover more of the cost of insurance.
The company offers two different programs that employees can choose from. Each program is very competitive within our industry and the employee premiums are reasonable and have been kept stable for several years with very minimal increases.
It is expensive for the amount of coverage you get. The co-pays are expensive and the premium is very expensive for a company provided insurance plan.
