Good benefits with a wide range of offerings to their employees. 401k, medical, dental, vision, Short Term and Long term disability.
New employees generally start with two weeks vacation, plus paid holidays. Vacation bumps up with experience. Dental, vision, health insurance offered. Small match on 401K. Only seven sick days. Discounts at other Berkshire companies.
Provides medical, dental, vision, 401K, investment opportunities, paid time off, paid sick days and paid holidays.
The benefits were pretty standard. They were not the best I've had and they were not the worst. For the pay you get at the company, the benefits were not worth the amount they take out of your check.
Health insurance is expensive but the company offers ways to offset expense
Time off is only 10 days a year on accrual bases.
I cannot think of a single good thing about the benefits package. I guess the fact that it was not the worst health coverage in the world, although it was probably close.
Health insurance is good for a private sector employer. Very happy overall with price of premium and quality of coverage of medical, dental and vision. 401K and Roth 401Ks are nice features with virtually no waiting period to get started. Decent match. Vacation and sick time are also very generous compared to a lot of other private sector employers in the area.
Good health insurance options through Blue Cross Blue Shield (two options, HDP or PPO) that were reasonably priced; free "sick" days (approx 56 hours). PTO is based off time with the company and has to be used within the year, you can't accrue excess and it doesn't rollover. Also, you cannot cash out on PTO at the end of the year. If you don't use it you lose it.
The company has a decent benefits package. 401K, health insurance, dental and vision. You do have to pay for insurance - it is not completely covered.
