Parents would probably prefer PTO bc they run out of sick days (7) with kids.
You only receive 10 days each year.
It is decent, although after a certain length of time, you can't earn any more vacation time.
It is very competitive with other companies in our industry. Vesting periods for all earned weeks are fair and reasonable.
You have to use your vacation time before the end of the year or you lose it. It does not roll over to the next year.
Sick pay and Vacation time can be used in advance.
