No 401K program and they do not support their own grievance procedure.

Benefits too expensive for pay received

Weekly payment for insurance is expensive, insurance plan is not the best

The worest thing is only 2 weeks off including sick time a year.

They offer health insurance, dental insurance, paid holidays and 2 weeks off a year.

The hourly rate was amazing!

Vacation time accrues at 80 hours/year for first two years, 120 hours for third year, and caps at 160 hours for fourth year and beyond

Not the best insurance but was offered vacation and holidays.

I did not select to get the benefits package. I can't speak to how good or bad it is. I've heard that they are really expensive.

I was a contract employee and didn't work there long enough to qualify for benefits, but if I had they were very good.
