No matching on the 401K plan, but BKD does profit sharing. Currently it's 5%, fully vested after five years.

The 401K plan is average or above. There is no employer match, but there is a yearly discretionary match and there is the option of pre-tax or Roth contributions (or both).

They make you vest for two years but most people don't last that long.

They do not offer a matching at all. They do have a profit sharing bonus that occurs once a year but it takes 3 years to vest, and no one stays the full three years. And the amount of profit sharing is not guaranteed and dependent on firm performance, not your annual contributions to the 401k

Do not offer matching contributions. Vested after 1 year of employment.

No match, all they provide is a profit share contribution after you've worked at the company for two years. My company was acquired a few years ago and although I've been there for almost three years, I have yet to receive the profit share benefit because I was hired days after the cutoff at the prior firm. Pretty unreasonable for the size of the firm.
