Benefits are comprehensive. The SLC office has lots of local perks as well
401k contribution from the Company.
2 weeks vacay likely the highlight. Everything else is structured to benefit long term employees and short tenure employees hardly benefit. 5 years to be vested in profit sharing.
401k, pto, holidays, health insurance, dental and vision insurance, etc
No bonus incentives and no work-life balance.
exceptional office atmosphere. The PTO is outstanding accruing with years of service and BKD is a great place to work. 401K is another benefit.
BKD has a comprehensive benefit package that is appealing to many. 4 weeks of PTO and 12 weeks paid parental leave are two that I am very glad to have.
The benefits are pretty good. They give a good amount of holidays and PTO time. The 401(k) match is adequate to those of other CPA firms. The benefits package is pretty extensive. They offer health, dental, vision, HSA's and long and short term disability as well as company paid life insurance. The only downside is you have to pay half of the cost for your health insurance and it can get kind of pricey especially if you have family members covered.
The benefit package covers everything I need, but the cost is much higher than I have had with previous employers. The health insurance is right at 3 times the out-of-pocket premium cost as my two former employers.
They truly care about the employees and want to make working here enjoyable even with long hours
