401K, profit share, monthly sale incentive for in store teams, dental and healthcare are all provided for full time associates
For a part time position, Blick actually offers a fairly decent benefits package. PTO that accrues a percentage of every hour you work, 401K with employee matching (can't remember how much), profit sharing if you work 1000+ hrs. in a year (hard to do if you're only working 2-3 shifts/week), bonuses based on sales every few months, pretty good employee discounts (30% off most everything, 40% off store brand items). The worst is the lack of health insurance, but that's not unheard of for part-time employees.
Full Package of benefits to full-time; everything but health care to part time
The bonus checks were a good supplement for an above average minimum wage. Over all did not make much of a difference.
no benefits for part time, no opportunity to become full time and gain benefits
Solid benefits package unless you have a family, the cost of family health coverage is about what you would find on the exchange.
BCBS, incentive pay, profit sharing, 401k, pto, sick time & floating holidays
Benefits are wonderful. No bad thi b gsk to say about it.
Strong health benefits. Discounts for those making progress toward becoming healthier people.
There wasn't really a benefits package for part-time employees, so I would say the worst thing about it was the lack of having one. I did receive a pretty great discount on art supplies which was amazing, though I found I still haven't used everything I bought.
