Great plan and only one
Very expensive, united healthcare coverage.
Used to be known for great health care; however, they now have a high deductible plan that is expensive and may employees find lacking . Not on a formal government exchange.
The health insurance was good. Nothing above average but what you would expect from a regional sized bank
Slowly pushing employees towards higher deductible plans, granted most of the industry is probably already there or headed that way soon.
There is only one option now, the high deductible PPO. They provide pretty much no support toward the deductible and the premiums are not cheap (especially for a family). Basically, the plan sucks.
Family health insurance is $9-$13K per family, per year. Out of pocket expenses are very high before insurance will pay the claims.
BCBSIL HMO and PPO currently. We have been informed that we will be transitioned to HDHCP in the next couple years.
HR can't help on telling you anything of the insurance.
There really isn't too much to write about here. Very boilerplate system. PPO and high deductible options. HMO there is one option for the entire company.
