Great vacation time, very expensive health care.
Awful health insurance, 401k decent, work life balance ok. Good perks are only for management. For the size of the company I would expect better package
Was an intern so not sure about this
I was only an intern and thus did not receive full benefits. As far as I know however the employee benefits were more than generous
Match up to 5% on contributions and add an additional 2% for any employee to a 401k whether they contribute to retirement or not
Best thing is reasonable health insurance with a 6% overall 401k match
The best feature of the BMOFG benefits package is the availability of plan options and providers.
Good benefits package that's comparable to other banks, dental and vision are included at a fair price
Employee Share Purchase Plan -- we can buy shares at a discount. All health insurance plans are "high-deductible" now with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Nice little gym in the building.
Vacation/sick day allowance, 401k match 5% + additional 2% when pension lost funding, Employee stock share purchase plan, decent pay+annual bonus (based on pay grade, salary, bank performance and individual); terrible and expensive health coverage/dental/vision (only high deductible) thankfully on my spouse's health insurance or my rating would likely be a 2-3 star vs 4.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
