General benefits that most companies carry. The small discounts you receive on banking products as an employee is a plus.
they had very good benefits package.
Benefits package, health insurance, 401K and time off are good. Vacation time is very good.
Good benefits for an entire family.
401k, minimum 10 days vacation for full time employees. 10 sick days, HD health insurance, dental, vision, short term and long term disability
Good benefits including health care, 401K, sick time, holidays and 3 weeks vacation time even in first year...and thisbisbeven for part timers
not a benefit I was eligible for but the company used to have a pension plan and a few years ago the plan no longer accepted new participants but people who were already part of the pension continued with their benefits in some form. The worst part of this benefit is that it means there are LOTS of people at BMO who stay with the company because of this benefit and there are so many of them that they will NOT allow anything to change/improve and some of them vocally and openly talk about how they will bide their time at BMO so they can retire with the company. And it only continues to reinforce the same silos and ways of working that won't work for the long-term in a changing competitive landscape for the banking industry
Benefits expensive, but they offer great paternity leave, 401k, and employee discounts
One of the best aspects of BMO's benfit packages is the generous employee match, and company contributions for retirement and HSA accounts.
Generous PTO or vacation pay
