“Coverage is seemingly very good. High Deductible plan limits annual exposure in network to $3,500.”
“There is a 3 year vestment period but they do match up to 5%”
“Up to 6 months maternity & paternity leave.”
401k is great. The PTO and benefits amazing.
Pretty typical, standard benefits package.
Generous vacation, family leave options, 401k match, stock options, etc.
Good selection to choose from.
Awesome benefits for full time and part time
Vacation time starts at 17 days and increased after 10 years. 10 days sick time each year. Health Insurance expense seems to increase each year
7% match on 401k contributions.
The pay is pretty much standard as a teller however the benefits make up for the starvation wages.
Time off is plentiful for my needs, so much so that I had rollover. Retirement is strong, 401k options are rich and the bank seems to invest well. Health/dental/vision/etc. are good, but feel very expensive for what it provides.
Employee Stock Discount, 401k match, annual contributions to HSA.
