The paid time off is fantastic and they have just updated the Parental Leave policy which is competitive.
25-34 vacation days per year depend on seniority, 100% 401K match on up to 4% of personal contribution, if your salary is lower than 175K annually you get 5% employer contribution (regardless of your own contribution status) - which is quite nice, standard insurance package
Great Paid Vacation and Sick Leave (~30 days). Great Medical and Dental Insurance. Corporate culture that respects vacation. Not much flexibility to work from home from a junior level, but this is manager dependent.
