Great benefits but management does pay more than the employees pay. They are self insured, so the healthier the workplace the lower the insurance costs. Unfortunately, cost seem to rise every year.
Deductible is a bit high but overall coverage is ample.
Salaried benefits are a little expensive but they do have a lot of coverage to chose from.
