plenty of PLD days but for the wear and tear on the body, not enough for the newer employees

StarStarStarStarStar Former MOW in Needles, California

Vacation was average and was a pain to set up the next year's scheduled vacation and even worse to change it in a emergency situation

Start off with 10 vacation days, and 10 sick days. After 5 years, you get an additional 5 vacation days, and sick stays the same. They really ought to combine the vacation and sick because no one, except in extreme cases, uses all of the sick days.

  • May 30, 2017

Your basic American vacation policy. Not awful, not great either; they need to get with the times and offer a higher initial vacation allotment.

  • May 03, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Electronics Technician II in Chicago, Illinois

Only two weeks after two years. The vacation time is hard to accrue, it takes a long time and is seniority based when you want to use it
