BNSF Railway grants 11 paid holidays and 2 weeks of vacation (after 1 year of service), 3 weeks of vacation (after 5 years of service, 4 weeks of vacation (after 10 years of service), and 5 weeks of vacation (after 20 years of service).
plenty of PLD days but for the wear and tear on the body, not enough for the newer employees
Vacation was average and was a pain to set up the next year's scheduled vacation and even worse to change it in a emergency situation
Vacation time is always good
Start off with 10 vacation days, and 10 sick days. After 5 years, you get an additional 5 vacation days, and sick stays the same. They really ought to combine the vacation and sick because no one, except in extreme cases, uses all of the sick days.
Vacation and time off is just about the only perks to this company anymore.

Your basic American vacation policy. Not awful, not great either; they need to get with the times and offer a higher initial vacation allotment.
Only two weeks after two years. The vacation time is hard to accrue, it takes a long time and is seniority based when you want to use it
For the Carman craft with BNSF, you have 1 week vacation after your first year of service, 2 weeks after two years, 3 weeks after 8 years plus one paid personal day, 4 weeks after 15 years, 5 weeks after 20+. This is as of 2016.
