BNY Mellon Benefits

I recently graduate in Finance (central florida), had several interviews and got a decent job as a business developer at Currency Exchange International. 45K annually plus commission (0$-2000$/month), plus 401k 5% matching and is a remote job. I’ve been working for almost 4 months and recently I got another job offer at BNY Mellon as a Operations Campus Analyst Program 2y contract, 55k annually plus 5k sign in bonus, on the site job. Any thought on which I should keep?

What brokerage firm do you work for and what are the pros and cons? What is the average yearly raise and bonus? How are the benefits such as Healthcare, 401k and days off? Do you work remotely? I'll start BNY /Pershing Depending on your review the raise will be 0 to 5%, the average is 2% Bonus again depending on your yeay review can be from 0 to 16% average maybe 10 There are several choices for Healthcare something for everyone and you pay based on your salary 401K is matched upto 6%
