Great package with health insurance, vision, dental and life insurance. Paid time off and sick leave plus personal days.
Best thing was that all doctors will see you and bill you.
decent vacation & medical package. the health insurance is very affordable. allows to work from home at least once a day per week, can be extended to two days per week (depends on a department rules)
Benefits are competitive for the industry. Salary increases are nominal and falling behind peers. Health benefits are increasing in cost as they move everyone to HSA. They do offer a generous bonus for managers and above and have a stock purchase plan. They offer a 401k match of up to 5 percent. They also have dental, vision, life and LTD. access to national retailer discounts and generous vacation time off once you put in some years. Clamping down on work from home.
I believe that BNY Mellon offers to match the first 3 percent of 401 contributions at one hundred percent and fifty percent after that up to 6 percent. The health benefits are good also.
the best is the work/life balance. and worst is the no much raise and limited 401k match.
the higher your salary, the higher your benefit cost
All of the benefit components are phenomenal including an excellent 401k package
No pension, high medical copays, limited perks and now much greater restrictions on working from home
Benefits getting worse every year. hard to stay
