I am a young, healthy, single guy, so the benefits don't really matter. At this point in my life, my health insurance exists only to prevent the penalty when it comes time to file taxes. The 401k is there. It's a 401k. The vacation is okay also.
Ban of work from home option taking the company backward with regards to benefits and gender equality. Working mothers suffer here- very very few people at the company support this move. The head of our HR is leaving to join another company as the new CEO of BNYM is clearly no longer supporting employees.
Healthcare plan is not good at all, that’s my main complaint. For a company this big this is where they need to improve on the HR side. 401k match isn’t very competitive either, goes up to 5% base salary. Good company, hopefully the new leadership changes this side of the company
it is a okay company that provide basic benefit. not good overall but it cover the basic that you and the family needs
