“There is a very good plan”
“I think it is great.”
“Pretty good. The best by far”
The best thing is I think there are most of the things in the package but 401k could be better.
At the time of my employment (left 2021), the company had unlimited PTO and a great 401k match for full-time employees! They also sent gear and wellness packages pretty regularly, which was a welcome surprise. Unfortunately the company did not have any diversity programs to my knowledge. Topics of this nature were rarely addressed if ever.
401k match was my favorite thing
Standard perks plus additional periodic care packages with goodies to support work from home.
Hi everyone! So I want to start a side hustle in content creation (ex: TikTok, blogging). How do I find out what is allowed by my firm, and how do I ensure I don’t get in trouble for my content or it doesn’t affect my career? I am wondering if I should just stick to lighter topics or be a bit more bold and honest and publish content about how to work as a consultant while also having ADHD. If anyone else has done this I would love to chat!
Great comp, flexible work location, equity, full benefits, 401k match, classes, training and certifications reimbursement
The company offers Good Benefits
They have been awesome during the pandemic! They've sent care packages, stipends, extra mental health services, reimbursement for supplies, fitness program and fun team building activities.
Many thanks for your review of our benefits! The management team has worked very hard to provide extras to all of our employees during this unprecedented time. We hope you have enjoyed the additional benefits and care packages.
Decent base benefits package plus additional programs for expensing wfh equipment because of covid, though at $250 it didn't realistically cover that much for a home office set up.
Unlimited PTO, good health insurance.
Flexible Hours are the best
