No HR manager available on site at the individual properties to facilitate answering of questions or correction of problems/errors. The corporate office is out of state from all but one of the company's properties. Full time employees are eligible for: -health/dental/vision insurance two different plans to choose from (a base or buy-up) with a major insurance company -401k (eligibility for the program based on age, over 21 to participate and length of employment) employer matched 100% of contribution up to 3% of pay but with the vesting schedule unless you make your position a career 10+ years you see little of the company's contribution when you leave employment also make sure to read the fine print. I was an eligible employee who had enrolled in the program when the company employed a management company but when they when back to self management I was told that they had made a mistake and during that time period (roughly 1.5 years during which I was contributing to my 401k) I was actually not eligible. When the company went back to self management I had to again wait for a period of time before I was again eligible to participate (like I was a brand new employee but at that point I had been with the company for 3 years) -life insurance 20k policy free to all employees -vacation after initial 6 month period with no vacation accumulation, you begin accruing vacation time of 2 weeks per year with longevity (at 6 year mark) start to receive slightly more there is a cap on vacation time -paid holidays 5/year -PTO days 3/year -performance bonus program (available to management staff only) present but frankly in my experience it is made very unattainable and is not comparable to other industry standards
