    20 days of PTO, 401K match, and decent options for health, vision, and dental care. Short Fridays for summer hours when it is not busy. Not a lot of free snack provided.

    Competitive salary and benefits package compared to similar mid-sized firms, significantly better compensation than the Big 4. Health insurance has been recently changed and is not very good anymore due to significant deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses

    The benefits are pretty lousy and is the one area where BPM really needs to improve. The cost of health care is pretty ridiculous.

    Paid time off policies designed to encourage non-exempt employees to waive overtime premium. Firm admin strongly discourages overtime, but direct supervisors encourage it when it suits them. Tired of having an overtime waiver shoved in my face all the time.
