The benefits packages seem to shrink every year. They could be a bit more competitive.
Reduced annual membership at the local gym
HDHP/HSA only and have to "earn" the company contribution into the HSA by doing things like getting a physical, participating in "health events", getting diagnostics tests done, etc...
high deductible with very limited health insurance choices, should check with HR before submitting your enrollment benefits
401K match is good; ability to work from home
Vacation days are competitive - 20 days+ depending on longevity. 401k company match is also good. Health plan is ok.

Pretty typical large Enterprise. 401K plan was great; however, I bailed on it when they switched from T.Rowe.
catastrophic health coverage in US. Company constantly tweaking pharma coverage to limit costs and pass along expense to empoyees. Expect it to be worse in 2017.
